1. Ownership and acceptance

The DefesaLegal.pt website belongs to Ferraz e Aguiar Soares – Sociedade de Advogados, SP RL ("F+AS"), a Portuguese law firm governed by the Portuguese Bar Statute (Law no. 145/2015 of 9 September) and Law no. 6/2024. By accessing and using this website, you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept them, you should refrain from using the website.
